Imagine a HIIT class for your breathing muscles! This transformative workshop uses guided meditation and connected breathing to create expansion through your breathing muscles, energise your body and deeply calm your mind. This workshop is done with silent-disco headphones and an epic playlist.
PILATES + BREATH
Designed to get you out of your body and into your mind. Come on this epic breath flow journey combing slow down-regulating breathing with fast activating energising breathing.
COOL RUNNINGS
Move, breathe and ice!
This fun and dynamic class combines slow and active Breathwork, with several ice baths, short runs (or walks), some dynamic exercises, mixed with fun tunes and good people. Experience how good your body feels doing exercise after an ice bath!
We love breathwork. We love the ice. And we love community! Join us for our Saturday morning breath and ice workshops. Themed differently, choose the one that resonates best with you, or make it your regular weekend ritual! Social time with healthy treats after the workshops.

Tory Giles is a Dr of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, Master Breathwork instructor and holistic health enthusiast who is dedicated to helping people discover their ultimate health and flow in life.
She believes there are many layers to our health and healing requires us to deep dive in to most of these. She is a unique natural medicine practitioner in the way she combines the ancient healing modalities of Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine, with modern functional medicine and state of the art biohacking equipment to help you thrive and reach your ultimate flow in life.
